CDL A Crude Haulers

We’re hiring experienced CDL-A Crude Haulers for steady work throughout the Bakken Oilfield in North Dakota and Montana.

This is a hands-on oilfield position hauling crude oil and other oilfield products. If you have crude hauling experience, understand the demands of working in the Bakken, and want the hours to make serious money, this is a great opportunity.

Pay & Hours

• $27–$30/hour based on experience
• Overtime after 40 hours
• Typically 15–25 hours of overtime available
• At $30/hr: $1,875–$2,325/week with 15–25 OT hours
• $100,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential with consistent overtime
• Steady, year-round oilfield work

What You’ll Do

• Safely load, transport, and unload crude oil
• Haul throughout the North Dakota and Montana Bakken
• Work on active oilfield and well locations
• Climb ladders and stairs to access tanks
• Complete required load documentation and inspections
• Follow strict safety procedures when working around flammable gases, toxic fumes, and other oilfield hazards
• Work outdoors in changing weather and field conditions

What You Need

• Valid Class A CDL
• Crude hauling experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable working in an active oilfield environment
• Physically able to climb ladders, stairs, and tanks
• Dependable and safety-focused
