General Labor and Maintenance Person for Industrial Machine Shop FT/PT

Small local business is looking for a general laborer who can work independently. Excellent opportunity for the right person in an industrial machine shop assisting in the service and production of heavy machine parts.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
Helping maintain Equipment and Custom Parts.
Assist during deliveries by loading and unloading of shipments. Heavy Lifting Required. Must be able to lift at least 75lbs.
Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas.
Follow all health and safety regulations.

Skills Needed:
Ability to follow instruction.
Ability to use a forklift a plus, but will train.
Mechanical Knowledge a plus.
Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work as a team.
Must be self-motivated with the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.

Current Valid Driver's License Required

First Shift, Full Time or Part Time Positions available-Daytime M-F, 7:30-4:00. Possible weekends. Starting rate is $23.00 per hour. Overtime possible during busy season. 401K benefits available after minimum hour requirement met.
