The Role

We are seeking a skilled and professional Licensed Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. You will work closely with our doctors to provide therapeutic massage as part of integrated care plans, supporting patients with musculoskeletal issues, recovery, and overall wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform therapeutic, deep-tissue, sports, and relaxation massage treatments tailored to patient needs and chiropractic care plans
• Collaborate daily with chiropractors to align treatment goals
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate progress effectively
• Educate patients on self-care, stretching, and wellness strategies
• Uphold a clean, professional, and welcoming clinical environment
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education focused on integrated care

Requirements

• Current state license as a Massage Therapist (LMT)
• Proven experience in a clinical, chiropractic, or medical setting preferred; recent graduates will be considered
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Professional appearance and a patient-first attitude
