Fast Pace line cook position,
Full Time Line Position experienced line cook.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sandwiches, grill, salads and fryer.
Ability to multi- task in a busy establishment.
- Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
- Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking dishes, and appetizers
- Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time
- Washing and cleaning the kitchen station at the end of shifts
- Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
- Wednesday to Sunday (Days, Nights, and Weekends)
- Ability to Sauté and Expedite
