(a) Direct care personnel must meet the following requirements: 1. Have one (1) year experience in the care of infants and toddlers, 2. Employment references documenting skill in the care of infants and children, and 3. Hold a current certification in CPR. (b) Direct care personnel must work under the supervision of the registered nurse and be responsible for providing direct care to PPEC center children.
