Assistant Catering Chef (Lemond Kitchen)

We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant (Lemond Kitchen) to join our team! You will thrive in a comfortable environment and dedicate time to expanding our clientele base.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day culinary operations
• Assist with events and interact with clients
• Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
• Check freshness and quality of ingredients
• Assist in the development of menu items
• Standardize recipes and plate presentations
• Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields
• Ability to follow recipes
• Passion for food and cooking techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and work with others
• Must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Comfortable driving company van
• Available on evenings and weekends
