Philly Pretzel Factory City Ave is looking for a Front Counter/Cashier to become an integral part of our team! Busy location in need of someone with an upbeat personality, hard-working approach, and a high level of integrity to work the front counter. This is specifically for the morning shift so candidates will need to be available to arrive as early as 5:30am when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and help them with their order
- Explain product options to customers
- Monitor inventory of customer display case/areas
- Enter and process customer orders within point of sale
- Answer calls and manage online order intake
- Ability to resolve conflict and work with othere
Qualifications:
- Previous restaurant experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Cash handling/Math Skills
