Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Support safe mobility and transfers
• Provide reminders for meals, hydration, and daily routines
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, sanitizing surfaces)
• Meal preparation based on client preferences
• Run errands and grocery shop as needed
• Observe and report changes in client condition
• Document daily activities and communicate updates to the Care Coordinator

Requirement

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities (personal or professional)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background and reference checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility
• Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional demeanor

Preferred

• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or family caregiving
• Familiarity with dementia or mobility‐related needs
