Door-to-Door Sales Rep (1099) High Earning Potential,Not for Everyone

We’re looking for a small group of highly motivated individuals who want to make serious money and aren’t afraid of hard work.

This is a 1099 commission-based position. No base salary. No hand-holding. If you need comfort or guarantees, this is not the job for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Door-to-door prospecting in residential neighborhoods
• Generating leads and setting appointments for home improvement
• Communicating clearly and confidently with homeowners
• Managing your own schedule and pipeline

What We’re Looking For:

• Self-motivated and coachable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with rejection (you will hear “no” a lot)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

• 100% commission (1099)
• Average reps: $3,000–$8,000+/month
• Top performers: $10,000+/month
• Paid weekly
• Bonuses and incentives available
• Paid training
