CNC Programmer/Operator is Responsible for setting up and securing work pieces and tooling . Sets cutting tools, Reading and interpreting Cad data to develop cutter paths in WORK-NC software and execute programs to remove material on the CNC mill, utilizing their knowledge of materials to select speeds and feed to maximize efficiency and finished quality.

Working on creating plastic injection molds for automotive- P20 Steel
Plans and executes the sequence of events to best remove material based off of the mold design / Engineering Change or correction. Check finished work pieces, de-burr and prep for assembly. Keep records; Maintain equipment and supplies. Maintaining quality and safety standards.
