Customer Services Representative - Entry Level
Job Description
As a Customer Services Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. Day-to-day, you can expect to respond to customer inquiries. Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team. Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer needs, and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work culture.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
