Childcare Assistant / Lead Teacher - Sign on Bonus

$300 Sign on Bonus ( conditions apply)

We are a dynamic and independent child care center in Edison, NJ. We are looking for teachers – assistant and lead for our Infant, Toddler, Preschool Programs. Candidates should be comfortable with various age groups and have flexible availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises and manages daily functions for a class of children
• Assesses each child's developmental needs on an ongoing basis
• Assists and coordinates snacks, meals, nap time, and bathroom activities
• Attends all required staff meetings, workshops, and/or school functions as determined by the Director

Experience and Education:

- At least 18 years of age

- Holds a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent

- Has a minimum of 1 year experience in specified age group

- Knowledge and understanding of all current State and Local regulations
