Pay: $100 per initial visit
Coverage Area: Within a 50-mile radius of Covington, GA
Schedule: PRN / Flexible

Perfect You Homecare is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and state-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team. This position involves providing skilled nursing care in clients' homes, conducting assessments, and supporting both adult and pediatric clients with a variety of healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care for adult and pediatric clients in their homes
- Conduct in-home assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor client conditions and report changes promptly
- Perform skilled nursing procedures, including PICC line care and management
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare partners
- Supervise caregiver services and ensure quality care delivery
- Educate clients and families on health-related needs and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Protect client confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards
Qualifications & Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Georgia RN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Minimum of 1–3 years of nursing experience (home care preferred)
- Experience with pediatric clients required
- Experience with PICC line care, maintenance, and monitoring required
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Covington, GA
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass background screening
Physical Demands
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with client mobility
- Adequate hearing, vision, and motor skills necessary for client care
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and reach as needed during visits
