XO is opening an upscale Mexican dining experience in Fitchburg, MA. We are searching for one exceptional grill cook who takes pride in perfectly cooked steaks and seafood.

This is NOT a high-volume chain restaurant.

We are building a restaurant focused on quality, presentation, and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Cook premium filet mignon to exact temperatures
• Cook salmon with crisp skin and moist interior
• Execute steak temperatures perfectly
• Maintain clean grill and sauté station
• Plate food with attention to detail
• Communicate with the chef and front of house
• Follow recipes exactly
• Keep consistency every plate
