Uptown Cleaners is currently hiring for a full time customer service representative at our location in Marysville.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and taking care of customers as they pick up and drop off
- Dealing with customers on the phone and answering their questions
- Processing customer clothing, entering items into our POS and preparing them for the cleaning process.
- Maintaining cleanliness of all areas of the store including offices and restrooms
Qualifications
- Able to stand while processing orders
- Reliable, good work ethic, problem-solving and people skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
