Little Wonders Learning Center is seeking a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Teacher to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about working with children, creating a positive learning environment, and supporting children’s social, emotional, and educational development.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
• Plan and lead age-appropriate educational activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support children’s emotional and behavioral development
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Follow all childcare licensing and safety regulations
• Assist with meals, nap time, and daily routines
• Maintain attendance and classroom records

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Childcare experience preferred
• CPR/First Aid Certification preferred
• Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passion for early childhood education
