Job Description
Hiring for our Residential and Commercial fence installation crews
Our ideal candidate should have prior experience with a construction, or fence contractor. The candidate should possess the knowledge and experience of operating equipment such as a Bobcat, Dingo, Excavator, Forklift, Hand Tools, etc. as well as the ability to operate a dump truck, pick-up truck, stake body, and pull a trailer. While this experience would be helpful it is not necessary, we are willing to train the right, long-term candidate. **Prior fence installation knowledge a plus
MUST HAVE
- Valid driver's license - Not negotiable.
- Reliable transportation to our shop.
- Strong attendance and punctuality -- Late arrivals will not be tolerated.
- Maintain professional, clean appearance at all times.
- Strong desire to learn/improve on a trade and progress with the team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Be comfortable with overtime -- Average 45+/- hours/week.
- Willingness to work year round.
