DAYLIGHT Catering/Banquet Grill Cook

Are you a HIGH-VOLUME GRILL MASTER with experience in Catering? We are looking a PART TIME OR PER EVENT HELP. You must be an EXPERIENCED Grill Cook. Our kitchens are large, clean and AIR CONDITIONED & located in the Robinson area of Pittsburgh.

• We are interested in adding Part-time or Per Event Cook Positions
• Location: Robinson Area - No bus line is available.
• Schedule: This is Daylight position, early start 5:00-6:00 am
• Requirement: Previous high-volume CATERING grill cook experience is required.
• Starting Pay: $20 per hour for hourly (event pay is higher)

Job Functions:

• Must be experienced in food preparation for LARGE events, over 100 guests
• Be Innovative and Creative with casual comfort foods!
• Prepare all grill items to order according to our menu specs.
• Previous grill/fryer experience required (breakfast/lunch preferred)
• Set up, break down and clean the grill station.
• Check quality of food items, making sure they meet standards of taste, appearance and correct temperature
• Interact with our guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain an open line of communication with management, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
• This position requires full mobility and the ability to lift, carry and pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Standing/and or Walking 100% of the time.
• Your own reliable transportation is required. This is not on a bus line.
