Daybreak Metro is hiring a Floating Warehouse Worker to support our repossession operations across two locations — splitting time between Florin and North Highlands within the same week. If you like variety, staying active, and working hands-on outdoors, this could be a great fit!

Pay Rate: $19–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
Locations: Florin & North Highlands (floating between both sites weekly)

What You'll Be Doing

• Photograph, document, and inventory incoming vehicles through an app
• Clean out and itemize personal property from repossessed vehicles
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures, and report any biohazard material
• Properly tag and inventory all personal property
• Keep the storage room clean and organized at all times
• Maintain and oversee repossessed vehicle inventory on the lot
• Assist in verifying vehicles for transportation
• Accurately prepare vehicles for scheduled pick-up appointments
• Handle customer interactions professionally, even in difficult situations
• Assist customers recovering personal property when needed
• Collect correct documentation and complete required paperwork electronically
• Receive exact payment amounts from customers and promptly make deposits
• Monitor the yard at all times
• Other general warehouse/yard duties as needed

What You'll Need

• Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to sit, walk, and move around for extended periods throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to travel between the Florin and North Highlands locations
• A cell phone and valid driver's license
• Must be 23 years of age or older (insurance requirement)
• Must pass a drug screen
• Forklift experience is a plus — but we'll train you!
