Line & Prep Cook

We are seeking a Fast Food Cook to join our restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving a variety of delicious food items in a timely and efficient manner. You will be expected to work quickly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and standards
• Ensure that all food items are cooked to the required temperature
• Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and adhere to health and safety regulations
• Receive, store, and rotate stock items in accordance with established procedures
• Ensure that all ingredients are fresh and of the highest quality
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to ensure that it meets the highest standards
• Assist in the training of new cooks
• Other duties as required

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a cook in a fast food setting preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
• Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must hold a valid Food Handlers certificate or pass test
• Must be available to work nights and weekends
• Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
