OTR Hotshot Driver
Job Description
Paradise CargoSolutions is seeking a dependable and motivated OTR Hotshot Truck Driver to haul freight nationwide using a pickup truck and gooseneck trailer. This role requires a professional driver who is safety-focused, organized, and comfortable running cross-country loads.

Responsibilities
Safely transport time-sensitive freight across state lines
Properly secure loads using chains, straps, and binders
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate ELD logs and required documentation
Communicate load updates and delivery confirmations
Comply with all DOT and FMCSA regulations
Keep truck and trailer clean and well-maintained
Requirements
Current DOT medical card
Clean driving record
Minimum 2 years of CDL experience preferred
Ability to stay out 2–3 weeks at a time
Flatbed or hotshot experience preferred
Knowledge of proper load securement
Must pass pre-employment drug screening
