Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 Base + Monthly Bonus ($500–$700)

A growing, multi-unit quick-service restaurant franchise is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead daily operations, develop team members, and deliver outstanding guest experiences. What You'll Do

• Assist in managing the restaurant's daily operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly team members and shift leaders.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
• Help manage labor, inventory, food costs, and operational standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and company compliance.
• Partner with the General Manager to drive sales and restaurant performance.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and financial performance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation & Benefits
