Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our patients. You will manage the daily flow of the office, ensuring a seamless experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Relations: Greet patients, manage the reception area, and maintain a positive office atmosphere.
  • Scheduling: Efficiently manage the appointment book, confirm upcoming visits, and fill schedule gaps.
  • Insurance & Billing: Verify insurance coverage, file claims, and collect patient copayments at the time of service.
  • Treatment Coordination: Present treatment plans and explain financial options to patients.
  • Administrative Support: Answer multi-line phones, manage patient records (HIPAA compliant), and coordinate with dental labs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a dental or medical front office (Dental preferred).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to handle patient inquiries with empathy.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of dental terminology and procedure codes.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Pay Range: $18–$35 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Schedule: Full-time (Monday–Thursday); no weekends.
