Residential Treatment Home Staff (Paraprofessional)
Job Description
IMMEDIATE OPENINGS
Holistic Health Advancements, LLC is hiring Paraprofessional staff for our Level 3 Residential Group Home serving adolescent males ages 11–17 in Gastonia, NC.
Pay:
$15–$16 per hour based on experience
Current Openings:
• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• Weekend Staff (All Shifts)
• Part-Time and PRN Opportunities Available
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support residents in a therapeutic residential setting
• Assist with daily routines, transportation, meals, and activities
• Complete shift documentation and behavioral support tasks
• Maintain a safe and structured environment
Requirements:
• MUST have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Experience in mental health, youth services, behavioral health, or residential care preferred
Paid training provided for qualified candidates.
