%CF; Know how to use the 2020 design software to design the kitchen and bath for the customer.
%CF; Finding out the customer remodeling project needs, and assisting the customer in kitchen and bath design. Helping customers choose the right style cabinets and design for their home.
%CF; Ability to work independently to guide customers through the whole process of selecting cabinets/hardware/accessories-- and in most cases oversee the entire project through installation.
%CF; Don’t have to have prior knowledge and experience in Cabinets. We will have three months of period training with pay
%CF; Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Work at a register to ring up and carry out customer sales.
- Collect payments by cash and credit card
- Issue receipts and refunds to customers
- Drive sales by participating in targeted product promotions and initiatives as set forth by the company.
- Develop and maintain solid product knowledge in order to best help customers with their selections.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, count, write, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service
- Willingness to work well in a team environment
- Ability to quickly and accurately work a register
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule
