Charlotte, NC | $100,000–$120,000 + Bonus & Benefits
We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to lead a high-energy, high-volume restaurant in Charlotte. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives in a fun, chef-driven environment and knows how to build strong teams, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations and drive overall performance
- Recruit, develop, coach, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team
- Maintain exceptional standards for hospitality, food quality, and restaurant execution
- Manage P&L, labor, food costs, sales, and profitability
- Build a positive, accountable culture with a strong focus on team development
- Drive guest satisfaction and create a lively, memorable dining experience
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant
- Experience managing $8M+ annual sales strongly preferred
- Strong financial and P&L knowledge
- Proven ability to develop leaders and build successful teams
- High-energy, hands-on leadership style
- Background with chef-driven, scratch-kitchen concepts preferred
Compensation
$100,000–$120,000 base salary + bonus & benefits
