Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Busser to support our front-of-house team and help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. The Busser plays a key role in ensuring smooth table turnover and enhancing the overall guest experience by assisting servers and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently for new guests
- Assist servers with delivering food, water, and basic guest needs when required
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, dining areas, including floors, chairs, and service stations
- Refill water, beverages, and condiments as needed
- Remove trash and ensure all garbage areas are clean and organized
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies (napkins, utensils, glassware, etc.)
- Support overall team operations during busy service periods
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Good communication skills and willingness to assist others
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays or bus tubs for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to lift up to 25–50 lbs
