Sales Representative - Residential Remodeling

We are a family-owned construction/remodeling company specializing in residential kitchen and bathroom renovations. With a reputation built on quality work and customer satisfaction, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and help clients bring their dream spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to assess renovation needs
• Provide detailed proposals and estimates for remodeling projects
• Educate clients on materials, design options, and timelines
• Manage leads, follow up, and close sales
• Collaborate with project managers and design teams
• Use CRM software to track sales activity and customer communications

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential remodeling or construction sales
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation

• Base Salary: Starting at $30,000/year
• Commission: High, uncapped earning potential
• Performance bonuses and incentives

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week
• Occasional evenings/weekends based on client availability
