We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Support Representative to join our team in the Las Vegas, NV office. In this role, you will be responsible for assigning leads and handle/disperse all incoming calls for our Inside Sales department. The ideal candidate will be motivated, reliable and possess excellent communication skills.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Scheduling virtual In-home estimates for Inside Sales Department
- Calling leads/Directing Calls
- Managing Calendars - working in Outlook
- Basic customer service and call routing to appropriate department
Skill Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in inside sales, customer service or telemarketing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Must be a self-starter.
