Research Chemist

Location: Camden, AR

Schedule: 4/10 Work Schedule (Enjoy 3-day weekends!)

Are you an experienced Chemist looking to innovate next-generation materials for defense and aerospace technology? We are hiring a Sr. Research Chemist to lead R&D projects, design advanced chemical formulations, and mentor a growing lab team in Camden, Arkansas!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of novel chemical formulations and energetic materials.
• Manage R&D lab operations, setup advanced analytical testing equipment, and improve production processes.
• Solve complex chemical and material challenges in manufacturing.
• Mentor junior chemists and lab technicians while partnering with engineering teams on product scale-ups.

What You Bring:

• Education: B.S. in Chemistry.
• Experience: 5+ years of chemistry experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with analytical chemistry techniques; background in energetic or hazardous materials is highly preferred.
• Compliance: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (Green Card holder).
