Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Fall River, MA
Compensation: Up to $135,000, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 36–40 hours/week, 4 days/week
Days: Monday–Friday, with Thursdays off
Weekends/Nights: None
Part-time: 2–3 days/week may be considered

A well-established multispecialty healthcare organization is seeking Primary Care Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join a collaborative, office-based Family Medicine practice in Fall River, MA. There are two openings available, including one position requiring bilingual Portuguese fluency.

The APP will provide primary care to adult and adolescent patients under physician supervision while taking responsibility for patient care based on their experience, training, and clinical confidence. Experienced providers are preferred, but strong new graduates with the ability to work confidently and independently will also be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care to adult and adolescent patients

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients within scope of practice

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals

• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records

• Provide compassionate, patient-focused care

Requirements:

• Active Massachusetts NP or PA license

• Valid DEA registration

• Massachusetts Controlled Substances Registration

• Ability to work independently and confidently

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Primary care or family medicine experience preferred

• Bilingual Portuguese required for one of the two openings
