Temporary Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on temporary warehouse associate to assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload containers, trucks, pallets, and deliveries
• Load, move, and organize pallets and inventory
• Operate a forklift and pallet jack safely
• Check incoming merchandise for quantity, condition, and accuracy
• Pick, pack, palletize, wrap, and label outgoing shipments
• Prepare shipments for UPS, FedEx, LTL, and freight carriers
• Keep shipping/receiving records updated
• Use a computer for labels, inventory, email, and shipping tasks
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift experience required
• Forklift certification preferred; expired certification is acceptable with solid experience
• Experience unloading trucks/containers and handling pallets
• Basic computer skills
• Conversational English
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Able to safely lift boxes weighing approximately 50 lbs

This is a temporary position (September - December) with a potential to becoming a permanent employment, with work hours and workload depending on incoming shipments, containers, deliveries, and warehouse needs. We are looking for someone flexible, dependable, and ready to help wherever needed.
