Junior Recruiter (No recruiting experience required)

We are a motivated and fun team who has an amazing culture! The recruiter is responsible for the successful execution of all hiring initiatives for their specific vertical.

Responsibilities

• The recruiter will be responsible for a specific vertical/industry to learn/maintain/place/grow your relationships with your clients and employees.
• Working with clients to create job descriptions.
• Reviewing, sourcing, interviewing all candidates to understand their experience.
• Collaborate with your Account Manager on different sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Working with the client to find the perfect match for the open jobs.
• Completing all onboarding requirements for the candidates / clients.
• Build pipelines for different roles and responsibilities.
• Understand and review market data to ensure your client is up to date on all market trends.
• Actively participate in professional development events to build a networking database

Requirements

• Bachelors degree preferred, Associates degree required
• 1-3 years’ experience within one of the following: Retail management, Training, Inside Sales, Onboarding, Customer Support, or in an interactive Customer Service-based role.
• Must be computer savvy - ability to learn new computer systems. In addition, must be fluent within MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• A passionate personality and a drive to succeed - very comfortable with frequent candidate, employee and client interaction.
• Problem solver, quick and critical thinker.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $45,000 - $50,000 per year (with an additional opportunity for bonus & commissions), though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.
