As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll be the face of our store — helping customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services, and more. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes initiative, and thrives in a retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and printing needs

• Operate POS systems and handle cash and credit card transactions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

• Help with restocking supplies and keeping the store orderly

• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns

Qualifications:

• Prior retail/customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer and typing skills

• Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus!)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, professional, and reliable work ethic

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Must be available to work on weekends
