· Greet customers as they arrive and explain the registration procedure
· Complete the registration procedure including obtaining a waiver signature
· Explain the race pricing structure and maximize race package sales
· Sell races and retail merchandise
· Assign newly registered racers to races as efficiently as possible
· Provide information to our customers in person and over the phone
· Put out score sheets following each race
· Ensure that the score sheet printer remains full of paper
· Clean and organize the lobby furniture and surfaces periodically
· Coordinate group events and perform award ceremonies
· Clean the event rooms as needed
· Clean display car
