Pay Rate: $16.00 Hourly
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Schedules vary by position)

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking candidates to join our team. The ideal candidates will have warehouse, inventory, production, or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Available Positions:

Replenishment & Inventory Management Specialist
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Subject to change)
Job Responsibilities:

• Restock supplies throughout the facility and support daily inventory needs
• Assist with special projects and provide hands-on support
• Perform accurate inventory counts and record quantities correctly
• Read item numbers, SKUs, labels, and written instructions accurately
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, and areas needing attention
• Maintain accurate data recording

Requirements:

• Previous picking, replenishment, or inventory management experience preferred
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable walking and standing throughout the entire shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy required

Outbound Fulfillment / Shipping
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM; Saturdays as needed
Job Responsibilities:

• Process and ship orders accurately while maintaining quality standards
• Follow procedures and shipping processes
• Identify and communicate any issues before orders ship
• Maintain productivity and shipping expectations

Requirements:

• Previous shipping experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Pickers
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Job Responsibilities:

• Pick orders accurately while maintaining efficiency
• Follow warehouse procedures and processes
• Maintain productivity standards

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
• Comfortable with manual picking processes
• Must be able to stand and walk for most of the shift
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required

Special Projects & Inventory Management Assistants
Schedule: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Subject to change)
Job Responsibilities:

• Support daily inventory needs throughout the facility
• Assist with special projects
• Perform inventory counts and record quantities accurately
• Read item numbers, SKUs, labels, and written instructions
• Identify shortages and discrepancies

Requirements:

• Previous picking, replenishment, or inventory management experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable, organized, and proactive

Manufacturing Positions

Dyers
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; Saturdays as needed
Job Responsibilities:

• Work in a production environment while following detailed processes
• Maintain production expectations and quality standards
• Perform assigned manufacturing duties

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to quality and consistency
• Must be willing to work Saturdays when needed

Twisters
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM; Saturdays as needed
Job Responsibilities:

• Operate machines to twist yarn
• Perform repetitive production tasks
• Maintain quality and production expectations

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Comfortable standing for extended periods
• Ability to follow processes and procedures
• Reliable attendance required

Dye Room Associates
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:

• Pick dyes accurately while maintaining efficiency
• Follow processes and procedures
• Maintain quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred
• Comfortable with manual picking processes
• Must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift
• Reliable attendance required

Labelers / Taggers
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
Job Responsibilities:

• Label and tag finished products accurately
• Follow procedures and maintain production expectations
• Perform repetitive production tasks

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive motions throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively
• Ability to work overtime or Saturdays as needed
