Sales Associate

Location: Houston, TX Pay: Commission Based Schedule: Flexible

1‑800‑STRIPER Midwest Houston is growing fast, and we’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate to help us connect with commercial properties, HOAs, schools, and general contractors who need parking lot striping and maintenance services (B2B and B2C).

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new leads through outbound calls, emails, and in‑person visits

• Build and maintain relationships with property managers, HOAs, schools, and commercial clients

• Gather information for estimates

• Present service offerings and explain the value of 1‑800‑STRIPER solutions

• Coordinate with operations to schedule estimates and follow-ups

• Track all communication and progress in CRM (Service Fusion and Hub-Spot experience is a plus)

• Meet weekly and monthly sales activity goals

• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity

What You Need

• Strong communication skills

• Comfortable with outbound calling

• Organized and self‑driven

• Sales or customer service experience preferred

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn the pavement marking industry
