Part-Time Janitorial Technician

We are looking for experienced, self-driven, detail oriented janitorial technicians to join our team! We have ultra part-time, after business hours shifts available M-F approx. 2 hours per night. There will be opportunities to increase hours as new positions come available This position is perfect for anyone looking to supplement their income, for retirees, college students, stay at home parents looking for extra income and more!

Responsibilities:

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Organize custodial closets and spaces
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Basic technological savvy, i.e. email access and navigation, smart phone applications familiarity
