Asphalt Laborer

Asphalt Laborer needed.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
• Must be able to withstand hot weather conditions
• Experience not needed (will train)
• Ability to operate heavy equipment and dump trucks a plus
• Mechanically inclined is a plus

Duties:

• Have to pre-trip equipment
• Have to maintain equipment such as add oil and grease
• Shovel asphalt
• Cleaning parking lots to sealcoat and pave
• Paver, looting, asphalt rolling, experience a plus (will train)
• Spraying sealcoat, and striping parking lot is a plus (will train)
• Some holidays and some night work is requited (see compensation)

Compensation:

• $17.50 per hour to start, time and a half over 40 a week
• $50 per day added for night work and holidays
• Raises are regular according to performance and experience
• Health insurance after 90 days. Medical, Dental, and Vision
• 401k immediately, company contributions invested after 1 year
• Vacation pay after 6 months of service.
