Meatcutter/Trimmers

We are currently hiring experienced meatcutters for a meat processing warehouse located in the Irving, Texas area. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in cutting and trimming Pork and Beef meat in various styles as requested by customers, ensuring safety and quality throughout the process. This role involves working with both manual and automated cutting tools in a cold storage environment, with daily shifts.

Responsibilities

• Cut and trim meat according to customer specifications
• Operate a combination of manual and automated cutting tools
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Handle meat products appropriately within cold storage environments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in meat cutting
• Ability to attend and pass an initial interview

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient meat cutting and knife skills
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
