The Caring Commute is looking for compassionate and reliable Drivers to join our team in Jacksonville, FL. Responsibilities:
- Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations in a timely manner
- Assist passengers with boarding, exiting, and securing in the vehicle as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times
- Follow assigned routes and schedules while adapting to real-time changes
- Communicate professionally and courteously with passengers, families, and dispatch
- Complete trip logs, mileage reports, and other required documentation accurately
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous driving experience, preferably in passenger transport or a related field
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to assist passengers with mobility challenges in a patient and respectful manner
- Strong punctuality, time management, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, customer-focused attitude
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
