The Office of Human Resources is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Employee Relations and Talent Acquisition & Engagement units. Duties are estimated as follows:
Employee Relations Administrative Support (Estimated % of Time: 45%) - Schedule meetings; maintain confidential employee relations files; prepare correspondence and reports; organize case documentation; respond to routine inquiries; provide administrative support for day-to-day Employee Relations activities.
Talent Acquisition & Engagement Administrative Support (Estimated % of Time: 25%) - Assist with recruitment administration; monitor recruitment activities; maintain employment and recruitment records; respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and hiring departments; prepare correspondence, reports, and spreadsheets.
Human Resources Inbox & Customer Service (Estimated % of Time: 10%) - Monitor shared Human Resources email inboxes; route inquiries to the appropriate staff member; respond to routine requests; maintain tracking logs and provide general customer service support.
CUNYWork (Workday) Implementation Support (Estimated % of Time: 10%) - Assist with data validation, process documentation, training coordination, testing support, and other Human Resources projects related to the implementation of CUNYWork (Workday).
Reports, Special Projects & General Administrative Support (Estimated % of Time: 10%) - Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents; assist with special projects; provide general administrative support to the Human Resources Office as assigned.
