Working Foreman

Local construction company looking for a hands on foreman. This person will be responsible for working along side our crew (or your own), in the field providing day to day leadership, direction, and accountability to make sure the job is done correctly. The ideal candidate is someone who can jump in when needed, problem solve in the field, and keep everything organized.
This is not a sit back and supervise position, we are looking for someone who can be hands on, and fit in where needed.
