Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new commercial clients
- Cold Call on Contractors for new opportunities for commercial roofing and siding projects
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
- Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, construction, or related field
- Blueprint Reading and Takeoffs
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Tenacious attitude and ability to self perform sales
- Ability to build rapport with clients
