Our Behavior Technicians work directly with children and families while implementing individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a clinic-based setting.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
  • Collect and accurately record data during therapy sessions.
  • Follow behavior intervention plans and clinical recommendations.
  • Communicate professionally with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team.
  • Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for clients.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow all clinic policies and procedures.
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience working with children is preferred.
  • Previous ABA experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable working with children.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, implement treatment plans, and collect data accurately.
  • Must be willing to complete required training and certification requirements.
