General Service Technician/Mechanics Helper (Automotive Shop)

Position Overview

We are hiring a General Service Technician with 1–3 years of basic automotive service experience to join our team.

This is an hourly position with bonus opportunities and clear advancement potential.

You will report directly to the Shop Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform general automotive service and maintenance
• Oil changes, tire services, brakes, basic repairs
• Assist with general repair tasks on foreign and domestic vehicles
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently within a team environment
• Follow safety and quality standards

Note: Advanced diagnostics and electrical experience are not required for this position and can be taught.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of basic automotive service experience
• Valid state driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Must have basic personal tools
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Team player with integrity
• Professional appearance

Compensation & Benefits

• $32,552 - $61,754 / yr (based on experience and performance)

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday
