We are seeking a Smoothie Bar Shift Leader to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of workers on your shift
- Delegate daily responsibilies to team members, ie prep work, cleaning, completion of orders
- Train and monitor employees
- Take customer orders, make orders, package orders
- Restock during your shift
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for 5 hrs at a time
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to multitask
