A1 Soltan Truck Inc. is actively hiring experienced and professional CDL-A OTR Company Drivers for Flatbed and Dry Van positions nationwide.

We are looking for serious, honest, loyal, hardworking, and dependable drivers who want to stay moving, run strong miles, earn great money, and work with a company that believes in complete transparency.

PAY & EARNING POTENTIAL

Drivers earn 30% of the truck’s gross revenue

Flatbed Drivers: Earn up to $5,000/week

Dry Van Drivers: Earn up to $4,500/week

HOME TIME

This is a true OTR position, and drivers are expected to stay on the road for a minimum of 3 weeks at a time.

3 weeks OTR → 3 days home

4 weeks OTR → 4 days home

5 weeks OTR → 5 days home

NATIONWIDE HIRING — ALL 48 STATES

We are hiring qualified CDL-A OTR drivers nationwide across all 48 contiguous states.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and hold a valid Class A CDL.

'05; EXPERIENCE & DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Valid Class A CDL

Minimum 3 years of CDL-A driving experience — REQUIRED

OTR experience — REQUIRED

Must be willing and able to run 4,000+ miles per week

Flatbed experience required for Flatbed positions

Experience with tarped loads, wide loads, and specialized freight is a major plus for Flatbed drivers

Safe and responsible driving history

Strong communication skills

Dependable, honest, and professional

Must take good care of company equipment

Must be comfortable with true long-haul OTR operations

We are looking for serious drivers who want to work, stay moving, and maximize their weekly earnings.

WEEKLY PAY SCHEDULE

Our pay period runs Monday through Monday, and drivers are paid every Friday.

The first week’s pay is held as a one-week reserve, so new drivers begin receiving their regular weekly payments starting with their second week.

After that, drivers are paid every Friday according to the regular weekly pay schedule.
