Candidates will lead day to day operations along side ownership
Duties will include:
Prep, service line, fryers, stock rotation, service line organization, clean, best practices, etc....
Smokehouse experience not necessary, we can offer the training needed for our base menu.
Flexible scheduling with reasonable hours (must be available nights and weekends)
We are looking for someone who works well with others, is reliable, brings a positive attitude and creativity.
