Job Summary:
We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide hands-on care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. As a Caregiver / Support Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals you serve.

As a Caregiver / Support Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life for the individuals you serve.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, housekeeping, transportation)
- Support individuals in community activities, appointments, and recreational outings
- Encourage independence, social engagement, and skill development
- Document services provided and report on progress or concerns
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving or DSP experience preferred, but not required – training provided
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Ability to lift, bend, and provide physical assistance as needed
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- CPR / First Aid
- TB Screening
- RBT Certification with 3-5 years hands on experience.

- Multiple shifts available (days, evenings, overnight, and weekends)
